A is for AI
AI features and AI search readiness
AI assistants trained on your content, automation, and being findable in AI search.
There are two sides to AI on a business website. One is what visitors use: an assistant that answers questions about your services at 10 p.m. The other is whether tools like ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and Perplexity can find your business and recommend it when someone asks them.
We use AI for research, routine code and workflow automation, backed by experience in development and website support. We review generated code and choose features based on the work they can reduce, not simply because a tool can generate them.
How we approach AI on your site
An assistant is only as good as the content behind it. Before adding one, we make sure your pages answer the basics clearly: what you do, where, for whom, and what it costs. That same work helps search tools understand your business.
AI search is changing quickly and nobody can promise you’ll be cited. We focus on plain, accurate pages that answer real questions, a complete Google Business Profile, and relevant mentions on reputable sites, rather than tricks.
Questions about AI features
Will an AI chatbot make things up about my business?
It can if it’s set up carelessly. We limit the assistant to your own content, tell it to say when it doesn’t know, and give visitors a way to reach you directly. You review its answers before it goes live.
Do I need an AI chatbot?
Many small businesses don’t. If people mostly call or book, a clear site with good answers does more. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth the monthly cost for your business.
