Privacy policy

Privacy information: this page describes the current website setup. It will be updated when our tools or data practices change.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your business name, website and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project.

How the form works

Form messages are sent to our business inbox through our email-delivery provider. The website does not keep a separate database of submissions, but the email remains in our inbox. Our verification provider processes browser and network information to help detect automated submissions; this can include your IP address. Read the verification and hosting provider's privacy policy. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver requests and messages.

Analytics

We use aggregate traffic reporting from our hosting provider. That reporting does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across websites. We also load Google's tag service to support Google Analytics reporting, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, device information and interactions configured in that service.

Google Analytics loads when you visit, without an approval prompt. We enable analytics storage, with advertising storage and personalization denied. We do not intentionally send your contact-form fields to analytics. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy.

Cookies

We remember the logo intro in session storage for the current tab. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish visits and measure site use. We do not store an analytics approval preference.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent use of the site or contact form. These controls do not erase data already collected.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. If a project involves our partner marketing agency, we’ll tell you before sharing any of your details with them.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries and project correspondence as needed to respond, provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting services may retain technical logs for operation and troubleshooting. Contact us about deletion; information we must retain for legal or business-record requirements may be excluded. No internet service can promise absolute security.
